Here’s the crazy thing: after an accident, most people will call their insurance company to confirm what kind of liability coverage they have. Moments later, they are urged to provide a statement regarding their injuries. 

Most times people will say something like “I’m okay,” or “my back hurts but it’s not that bad.” innocent statement, yes?

No!

If you’re still in pain days later and decide to seek medical attention insurance will use your initial statement against you to limit their liability.

Why would someone “on your side,” be negotiating? A true friend would offer to pay for your medical expenses in-full if expected to do so, yes?
