BWO obtained $1,500,000 settlement for a client who was injured in a motor vehicle collision. Our client was a truck driver lawfully parked and asleep in the cab of his truck at a truck stop. Another truck driver failed to set his parking brake allowing his tractor trailer to roll downhill and strike our client’s tractor, which knocked our client out of the sleeper bunk to the floor causing back, neck and shoulder injuries.
