BWO obtained a $300,000 settlement for a client injured in a motor vehicle crash. Our client was injured when another motorist failed to secure a load being carried by trailer. The load fell off the trailer, onto the roadway, and the vehicle in which our client was a passenger struck the load resulting in injury to our client. The primary party at fault had insufficient insurance so we pursued parties involved in the loading of the trailer and obtained substantial additional financial recovery for our client. We went the extra mile for our client, which resulted in much greater recovery in the end.
