BWO obtained a $400,000 settlement for injuries she suffered in a Vrbo condo unit in the Branson area. Our client was staying in the unit and was enjoying time with friends on the back enclosed deck. She stood up from the table, tripped on the leg of the table, and fell towards the exterior wall of the enclosure. The wall gave way, and our client fell three stories from the enclosure to the ground suffering injury to her back. The defendants in the case blamed our client, and each other, but ultimately agreed to pay our client for her injuries. Very happy for our deserving client.
